These Terms govern your use of eu.orionmen.com and any purchase from Hydrascale Technologies LLC. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
We aim to display products, colours, and prices accurately, but cannot guarantee your screen renders colours exactly. Prices are shown in euros (EUR); where VAT applies, it is shown at checkout. We may correct errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.
Submitting an order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed when we confirm or dispatch your order. Payment is taken at purchase via our secure provider (Stripe). You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.
Risk of loss passes to you when you, or a third party you nominate, take physical possession of the goods. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Goods benefit from the statutory 2-year guarantee of conformity under EU law for items that are faulty or not as described.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your mandatory rights as a consumer. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, but as a consumer you keep the mandatory protections of the country where you live. EU consumers can also use the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
