You are protected by your statutory rights under EU consumer law, and we add our own 30-day fit guarantee on top.
Under EU consumer law you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Tell us before the 14 days are up – email support@orionmen.com with your order number, or use the model withdrawal form below. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or your proof of return).
For hygiene reasons, sealed items such as underwear that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal. You are welcome to try items on, but please keep them sealed and unworn if you intend to withdraw.
This goes beyond your legal rights: if your Orion is not perfect, you have 30 days from delivery to request a free exchange or a full refund, with no restocking fees.
Email support@orionmen.com with your order number and whether you would like an exchange or a refund. We will send a prepaid return label and instructions, so standard return shipping is on us.
Please return items unworn (try-on is fine) with tags where applicable. We may reduce a refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to check the item.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method, using the same means of payment, within 14 days of us receiving the goods back. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
Goods that are faulty or not as described are covered by the statutory 2-year guarantee of conformity. Contact us and we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as required by law.
